- Use automated tools to create accounts or submit data without permission
3. Public Portfolio Conduct
When using public portfolio sharing, you must not:
- Use your portfolio page to solicit investments, managed accounts, or copy trading
- Fabricate or manipulate trade data to present misleading performance
- Use your portfolio page to promote illegal or regulated financial services without authorization
- Include offensive, defamatory, or misleading content in your profile
4. Fair Use
Trade Noted is provided free of charge. We ask that you use the Service responsibly. Excessive automated usage, bulk data uploads for non-personal use, or any activity that degrades the Service for other users may result in temporary rate limiting or account review.
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it through our contact page. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of accounts. We will notify affected users when possible.
