Delete Your Profile

Overview

You have the right to delete your Trade Noted profile at any time. Once your profile is deleted, none of your data is saved with us. This guide outlines the steps to delete your profile and what to expect during the process.

How to Delete Your Profile

Method 1: Self-Service Deletion (Recommended)

You can delete your profile directly through the Trade Noted dashboard:

1. Log in to your Trade Noted account
2. Navigate to your Profile section
3. Look for the "Delete Profile" option
4. Follow the confirmation prompts

What Happens Next:

• Your profile will be deleted instantly
• All associated data (trades, analytics, preferences) will be deleted within 7 days maximum
• You will be logged out of your account

Method 2: Email Request

If you prefer not to delete your profile through the dashboard, you can request deletion via email:

• Send an email to [email protected]
• Include your account email address in the request
• We will process your deletion request within 48 working hours

Data Deletion Timeline

When you delete your profile:

• Immediate: Your profile and account access are removed instantly
• Up to 7 Days: All associated data including trades, analytics, and personal information will be permanently deleted from our servers

Important Information

• Data Privacy: Once your profile is deleted, none of your data is saved with us and cannot be recovered
• Irreversible: Profile deletion is a permanent action. You will not be able to recover your account or data after deletion
• No Further Communications: We will not send you any further marketing or transactional emails after your profile is deleted
